What is your production time?
All items are made to order and will ship out within 1-2 business days.
How long are shipping delivery times for US orders?
US orders with free standard shipping are sent USPS First Class Mail. Please allow an estimated 2-5 business days to receive your package. Upgraded shipping for USPS Priority Mail is available upon request at checkout for $9.00. Please allow an estimated 2-3 business days to receive your package. Please note: These are estimated time frames and are not guaranteed as it may take the USPS longer.
What if my package is lost?
If an order is marked delivered by the USPS, it is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS to find the package. Sugar Fairy Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail. Please reach out to us at info@sugarfairyjewelry.com if you need further assistance.

What is the jewelry made out of?
Our jewelry is made of gold filled, sterling silver, gold plated, rhodium plated, or gold vermeil.
What is gold filled and how do I care for it?
“Gold filled” has the USA standard of 5% pure gold by weight. Gold filled uses jeweler’s brass as the core metal and the top has multiple layers of pressure bonded gold. The best way to take care of gold filled is to use gentle soap, water, and an ultra-soft toothbrush for hard to reach places. It is best to avoid the following: pools and hot tubs, lotions, perfumes, hair products, and sunscreen. It is best to store them in a plastic sealed bag and away from moisture.
Can I shower with gold filled jewelry on?
It is safer to not shower with gold filled but if you do choose to, use gentle soap. Some shampoos and soaps have chemicals that can have a negative impact on the look of the gold. If you are not sure, I would suggest taking it off. Do not allow contact with lotions or perfumes.
What is gold plated and how do I care for it?
“Gold plated” has a very light layer of gold which is 0.05% or less on top of the base metal. In order to prolong the life of your jewelry, I suggest not exposing gold plated jewelry to lotions, cosmetics, and perfumes. Do not exercise, swim, or shower with your jewelry. It is best to store them in a plastic sealed bag and away from moisture.
What is gold vermeil and how do I care for it?
Gold vermeil is a heavy gold plating over sterling silver and is hypoallergenic. The gold plating is much heavier than gold plated jewelry so it last longer. In order to prolong the life of your jewelry, I suggest not exposing gold vermeil jewelry to lotions, cosmetics, and perfumes. Do not exercise, swim, or shower with your jewelry. It is best to store them in a plastic sealed bag and away from moisture.
What is sterling silver and how do I care for it?
Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals. Sterling silver naturally tarnishes. The best way to take care of sterling silver is to use a polishing cloth or silver cleaner. In order to prolong the life of your jewelry, I suggest not exposing sterling silver jewelry to lotions, cosmetics, and perfumes. Do not exercise, swim, or shower with your jewelry. It is best to store them in a plastic sealed bag and away from moisture.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
I gladly accept returns within 5 days of delivery and must receive the item back within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out to me at info@sugarfairyjewelry.com to start a return. All returns must qualify for a return. Jewelry must be unworn. All original packaging must be included (pouch/box and necklace/bracelet/earring card). Due to hygienic reasons, I do NOT accept returns on earrings. I do not accept returns on personalized jewelry. If you are eligible for a return, I will send a prepaid label for you to use to send the item back and a $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Do you accept exchanges?
I gladly accept exchanges within 5 days of delivery and must receive the item back within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out to me at info@sugarfairyjewelry.com to start an exchange. All exchanges must qualify for an exchange. Jewelry must be unworn. All original packaging must be included (pouch/box and necklace/bracelet/earring card) - Due to hygienic reasons, I do NOT accept exchanges on earrings. - I do not accept exchanges on personalized jewelry.
What if I received my product defective or have an issue?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@sugarfairyjewelry.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How will I be refunded?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
