How permanent are the pieces?

Just remember that nothing is permanent! The chain can always be removed by cutting the jump ring where the weld is.

Can I travel with permanent jewelry?

Permanent jewelry is TSA approved and you will not need to remove your jewelry to travel.

What do I do for medical procedures?

If you need to have an MRI or any other medical procedure, you can simply cut the welded jump ring at home. We can always weld it back together for no charge.

What do I do for dental panoramic x-rays?

For dental panoramic x-rays, necklaces have to be removed. You can simply cut the welded jump ring at home. We can always weld it back together for no charge.

What if my chain breaks?

If your chain breaks from an unknown reason, please keep the chain and I will re-weld it at no charge. If you lose the chain, I will replace the chain for 20% off.

How do I care for my permanent jewelry?

You can wash your permanent jewelry with mild soap and water or with a soft brush to clean between the links. Avoid directly putting perfume, lotion or sunscreen directly on your permanent jewelry.

Do you offer permanent jewelry for children?

Permanent jewelry will be available for ages 13 and up. There will be a waiver that needs to be signed by a parent. Please take into consideration if your child is in sports. We can always make a custom piece with a clasp.

What if I'm not ready to commit to permanent jewelry?

No problem! At all events you can choose the chain, cut it to the perfect length, and connect it with a clasp. This allows you to be able to easily take it on and off.
